We do not encourage payment of article publication fees, however, authors wishing to make their accepted papers open access are requested to make certain donations to cover the high cost of open access publishing.

HOW TO PREPARE MANUSCRIPTS

Authors should strictly follow these guidelines below when preparing manuscripts for submission to any of our Journals or for book chapter contribution etc.

Abstract

An abstract is a brief report of what is contained in your full paper. It is expected to capture what you did, challenges your study addressed or investigated, how it addressed them, why it addressed them, steps taken to address them, few results found, conclusion and one of your study recommendations. Definitions and unnecessary commentaries are not allowed in your abstract. Do not cite authors as well. It must be clear and straight forward.

Body of your Research Work

Introduction should capture all definition of your paper major variables or key terms. It must be clearly written and innovative. All citations must be well referenced; author’s surname and year of publication must tally exactly with what is in the reference list. Example: If you cite Okolie (2016) in your full paper, ensure that in your reference list that you have exactly Okolie (2016) and not some other name. If you cite an online source, ensure that the link is accurate as all links and web addresses must be checked during manuscript review process.

Manuscripts must have Statement of the Problem, specific purposes or research questions that guided the study. Hypothesis may be tested depending on the nature of the study.

In literature review or review of related literature as the case may be, we encourage authors to paraphrase and not to lift people’s whole works as citations except in case of quotations. When you paraphrase, ensure you give full credit to the author as well.

Methodology must be clearly written. It must contain design of the study, area of the study, population of the study, sample and sampling techniques, method of data collection and analysis, validity and reliability of instrument used. Authors must ensure they use right statistical tool for data analysis.

There must be list of major findings of the study, which will guide author in discussion of findings. Each finding of the study must be well discussed with recent citations supporting such finding. We do not accept shabby discussion of findings. Conclusion and recommendations must be innovative and interesting.

Handling Plagiarism

Zeetarz Publishing editors will do everything within their powers to ensure that manuscripts with similarity index of above 20% are not published in any of our Journals including books. However, if by any means such paper is published, we’ll do our best to retract the paper and publish a memo to that effect. Authors are strongly advised to be original as plagiarism can damage one’s academic reputations.

Reviewing Policy

We do not use paper review tamplates where reviewers are asked to tick originality, relevance to literature etc as we do not believe in such shabby reviews. All manuscript reviewing editor must make comments using Ms-Word editing suit such that author(s) get clearly what they should do to improve quality of their manuscripts.

Note that decisions to accept or reject papers are either made by reviewers or editors of our Journals. Names and affiliations of the reviewing editor will be written on the published paper. This is to ensure transparency in publishing processes. After the peer-reviewed process, author(s) may get rejection letter, accepted with minor corrections or accepted with major corrections.

Publication of Accepted Manuscript

If a paper is accepted for publication in any of the Journals, author(s) will be offered chances of choosing to publish the article in open access or non-open access format. If open access, the author will be encouraged to make token donation and the full paper will be made available for free downloads online. If the author chooses non-open access format, the author will not be charged and only the abstract will be available while Zeetarz Publishing will make the full article available upon subscription or purchase.

Article Submission Emails:

Visit the Journal of your choice and submit your manuscript to email address given. Presently, we have not developed a central paper submission system for all our Journals. We’re working hard to develop such system where authors can submit manuscripts and be able to track the progress of their manuscript.
