This event brought together academics and professionals from various disciplines to share latest research findings and brainstorm new research ideas across disciplines as regards to education and sustainable development. The conference took a multidisciplinary approach towards efforts to meet the needs of the present without compromising ability of future generations to meet their own needs (Sustainable Development).
The 3rd International Conference on Education for Sustainable Development (ICESD-2017) themed was “Tackling Challenges and Barriers to Education for Sustainable Development”.
Organized by Zeetarz Educational Research Group, the conference welcomed 50 participants from Nigeria, The Gambia, South Africa, Namibia, Ghana, United Kingdom and United States of America who presented quality papers and rendered insights into tackling challenges and barriers to Education for Sustainable Development in Developing Countries. The conference organizers concentrated on quality of papers submitted and not quantity.
